Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Heswall (Devon Doorway) is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a section, train the kitchen team and uphold brand standards across premium pubs. You will help ensure consistent quality and guest satisfaction in a busy kitchen environment.

You’ll prepare before service, maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, and cook to spec while developing your skills with clear progression opportunities and staff development support.
