Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Stockton Heath is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a kitchen section, mentor Chefs and kitchen staff, and champion our brand standards during service.

You will prepare everything required before service, maintain the highest cleanliness and safety standards, cook to spec and know the menu inside out, while enjoying team benefits and opportunities to progress within the group. Qualifications

• Previous Chef de Partie experience in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to mentor junior chefs.
• Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and safety.
