Job summary

EGO Worcester, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a section and mentor the kitchen team. You’ll prep before service, maintain high standards, and ensure the menu is executed to spec.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to mentor Chefs and Kitchen team members while upholding brand standards.
• Strong focus on cleanliness, safety and cooking to spec.
