Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or senior chef in a busy kitchen.
• Knowledge of brand standards and presentation.
• Ability to mentor junior kitchen staff.
• Strong understanding of hygiene and safety standards.

• Be a champion of brand standards with the ability to mentor Chefs and Kitchen team members.
• Run a section.
• Prepare everything that is needed before service.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
