EGO - Penarth, part of Mitchells & Butler PLC, is seeking a Chef de Partie who is passionate about great food, team training, and guest satisfaction. You’ll run a section and mentor your kitchen team to work as one, delivering quality dishes to spec and maintaining top cleanliness and safety standards.
