Job summary

EGO - Amersham is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie who thrives on teamwork and great food. You’ll run a section, mentor junior chefs, prepare everything needed before service, and ensure you and your team uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

You’ll know the menu inside out, cook to spec, and help deliver a memorable guest experience. The role sits within a Mitchells & Butlers family, offering flexible shifts, brand discounts, progression opportunities, and other staff

As a Chef de Partie atEGO - Amersham, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your kitchen team are working together as one. Does this sound like you?
