Job summary

Kaleidoscope Hotels, Bishopstrow, Wiltshire, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a lively, creative kitchen. You’ll work with our Head Chef across a range of service settings including a restaurant, terrace and outdoor dining domes.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside our Head Chef as part of our team during prep and service for our beautiful restaurant, terrace and outdoor Dining Domes
• Take advantage of our private no dig kitchen garden at Homewood Hotel with it’s delicious seasonal produce
• Help develop our brigade by sharing knowledge and techniques, not just with our more junior chefs but with the whole team, we are all here to learn
• Take pride in running your section by producing beautiful food but also join us in respecting our kitchen, you’ll be helping set and maintain cleanliness standards too
