Job summary

Homewood in Bath is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a diverse, imaginative team that loves hospitality and delight. You’ll work alongside our Head Chef in prep and service for the restaurant, terrace and outdoor Dining Domes.

You’ll use seasonal produce from our private kitchen garden and help develop the brigade by sharing knowledge with juniors. You’ll take pride in your section and maintain cleanliness standards in the kitchen.

• Work alongside Head Chef during prep and service for our restaurant, terrace and outdoor Dining Domes.
• Take advantage of our private no dig kitchen garden at Homewood Hotel with its delicious seasonal produce.
• Help develop our brigade by sharing knowledge and techniques, not just with our more junior chefs but with the whole team, we are all here to learn.
• Take pride in running your section by producing beautiful food but also join us in respecting our kitchen, you’ll be helping set and maintain cleanliness standards too.
