Job summary

Rockfish Poole is looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our team, working with fresh seafood and leading service when required.

You'll mentor junior chefs, maintain high kitchen standards, and collaborate with front-of-house to deliver an unforgettable dining experience. We offer a competitive salary up to £34,000 OTE, paid overtime, and generous tips as part of our rewards.

Up to £34,000 OTE inclusive of generous tips and gratuities
