Job summary

Iconic Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Chef de Partie for Cliveden, a luxury hotel in Berkshire. You will join a team delivering breakfast through dinner, ensuring every guest experiences excellence.

The role contributes to maintaining high standards, with a salary of £34,738 per year plus a non-contractual £7,700 tronc, along with 29 days' leave and extensive staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or similar role in a luxury/hospitality setting.
• Ability to work under pressure during service and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef during service for timing and progress of all dishes.
• Maintain presentation, taste, texture and quantity to the standards laid by the Company.
• Take ownership with passion and pride for all dishes served in your section.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in your section.
• Work as part of a team to help the hotel be a market leader in luxury hospitality.

Our Chef de Partie's work as part of a team to create the best dishes for our guests, and deliver unforgettable experiences for them, from breakfast right through to dinner, to ensure that every guest wants to return.

What Will You Be Doing?

• To assist the Head Chef during service for timing and progress of all dishes;
• To take ownership and ensure that the presentation, taste, texture and quantity are maintained to the standards laid by the Company;
• To take ownership with passion and pride for all dishes served in your section;
• To have pride in achieving and maintaining high standards of cleanliness in your section;
• To work as part of a team in a constructive manner that enables the hotel to achieve the objective of being a market leader in the luxury hotel sector.
