Job summary

Iconic Hotels & Resorts seeks a Commis Chef for the Kitchen Brigade at 11 Cadogan Gardens Hotel, the only Relais & Chateaux property in London. You contribute to breakfast through dinner, working as part of a high-performing team to deliver memorable dining experiences.

You will thrive under pressure in a busy operation, maintain high quality, follow health and safety standards, and take pride in pristine kitchen sections while pursuing training and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• To take pride in delivering high standards of specified work which include breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service & private dining, assisting in the preparation and service of food for guests and staff under supervision of the senior chefs.
• To prepare, cook and serve food delegated as your responsibility.
• To be passionate about serving the highest possible quality and ensuring this is maintained.
• Understand the importance of Health and Safety and Food Safety Policies, and adhere to those at all times.
• Proactively contribute to the kitchen maintenance and cleaning, making sure your section remains spotless through the service and beyond.
• Demonstrate interest in trainings and development opportunities, and share knowledge, passion and pride to be part of the hospitality industry.

About the role:

As Commis Chef of the Kitchen Brigade at 11 Cadogan Gardens Hotel - the only Relais and Chateaux property in London - you are the reason why our Guests keep coming back for more. Our Chefs work as part of a team to impress our Guests, creating unforgettable experiences and exceeding expectations from breakfast right through dinner, to ensure that every guest wants to return.

You will be a team player, able to deal with the pressure of working in a busy operation in 11 Cadogan Gardens Hotel's Hans' Bar And Grill kitchen, striving for quality and perfection in every single dish.

What Will You Be Doing?

Below are some of the duties and responsibilities of a Commis Chef at 11 Cadogan Gardens:
