COSMO is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. You will manage a specific section and ensure food preparation meets high standards, collaborating closely with Sous and Head Chefs. You will maintain section cleanliness, stock management and uphold food safety throughout service.

You will mentor junior staff, work efficiently under pressure, and contribute to timely, high-quality service while embracing opportunities for growth within the restaurant group.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role in a professional kitchen.
  • Strong cooking technique knowledge and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high food quality.
  • Excellent knife skills and attention to detail in prep and presentation.
  • Strong team player with good communication to coordinate with kitchen staff.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Ability to manage stock levels and keep area clean and organized.

About the Role
