EGO - Sutton-In-Ashfield is seeking a Chef de Partie who is passionate about delivering great food, training great people and making guests smile. You’ll run a section and lead the kitchen team to work as one seamless unit.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to mentor kitchen team.
• Commitment to brand standards and menu knowledge.
• Maintains high cleanliness and safety standards.

• Be a champion of brand standards with the ability to mentor Chefs and Kitchen team members.
• Run a section.
• Prepare everything that is needed before service.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Cook to spec and know the menu inside out.
