Mitchells & Butlers PLC is recruiting a Chef de Partie for the Greenhouse. You will run a kitchen section, train team members, and ensure food is prepared to spec while upholding brand standards. A passion for great food and guest satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or similar kitchen role
• Ability to mentor kitchen team
• Commitment to high food safety and cleanliness standards
• Good communication and teamwork
