C&N Recruitment are pleased to be working with a luxury 4* hotel and spa, who are looking for a Chef de Partie for their Brasserie restaurant. The restaurant has an elegant open-plan dining space. The Brasserie serves an all-day menu combining British and Mediterranean cuisine. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Monday to Sunday.

Responsibilities:
