Job summary

Harbour Hotels Group is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team in delivering exceptional menus within our Southampton properties. You will confidently run your own kitchen section and work to the high standards we maintain across our hotels.

With at least 6 months of Chef de Partie experience (ideally Rosette background), you will be part of a luxury hospitality group offering progression, staff benefits and on-the-job training across multiple sites, including staff discounts and meals on

• Ideally from a 1/2 Rosette background.

Responsibilities

The role

We have a superb opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join the team in delivering exceptional menus within the restaurant. As Chef de Partie you will be capable of confidently running your own section in the kitchen working to the high standards in place. At least 6 months experience as a Chef de Partie is preferred, ideally from a 1/2 Rosette background.
