The Seaton Lane Inn, part of the Inn Collection Group, is seeking a Chef de Partie. You’ll be at the heart of our kitchen, taking responsibility for your section and delivering exceptional food service with presentation and attention to detail.

You'll oversee food safety, storage, and compliance with legislation and company policy, collaborating with kitchen staff and management to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication, time-keeping, and organizational skills.
• Experience in a similar chef role is desirable.
