The Waterhead Inn in Ambleside, part of Inn Collection Group, is hiring a Chef de Partie to join a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll lead your section, ensure presentation and detail are paramount, and uphold food safety and storage standards.

With experience in a similar role and a passion for quality food, you’ll work closely with the team to deliver exceptional dishes from prep to service in a welcoming pub environment.

You'll Fit Right Inn

As Chef de Partie, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen, ensuring presentation and attention to detail are paramount. With experience in a similar role and a genuine passion for food, you'll take full responsibility for your section, delivering exceptional food service from start to finish.

You will oversee food safety, storage, and compliance with legislation and company policy, working closely with the team to maintain high standards. Strong communication, time-keeping, and organizational skills are key as you collaborate with kitchen staff, front-of-house, and management teams. You'll work efficiently under pressure, preparing food items timely and maintaining a clean working station.
