Job summary

The Seaton Lane Inn in the North East is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade. You’ll take ownership of your section, ensure presentation and attention to detail, and deliver exceptional service from start to finish.

You’ll oversee food safety, storage, and compliance with legislation and company policy, working with the team to maintain high standards. Passion for quality food and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role and a genuine passion for food.
• Strong communication, time-keeping and organizational skills are essential.
• Attention to detail and a high standard of food presentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food service from start to finish and take full responsibility for your section.
• Oversee food safety, storage and compliance with legislation and company policy.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff, front-of-house and management to maintain high standards.
• Prepare food items timely and maintain a clean, well-organised workstation.
