The Lowry in Salford is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a busy kitchen across our restaurant, events and high-volume hospitality operations. You will prepare, cook and present food to a consistently high standard, working across assigned kitchen sections and within service priorities.
You will supervise stock control, assist with ordering and deliveries, maintain food safety and hygiene, and support new colleagues with practical guidance in a team-focused environment.

Lowry is a visual and performing arts venue situated at the heart of MediaCityUK in Salford, one of the world's most exciting culture and media destinations.
We are looking for a Chef de Partie to prepare, cook and present food across our varied hospitality operation. You will take responsibility for assigned kitchen sections, working to agreed menus, preparation schedules and service priorities while maintaining consistently high standards of quality, presentation and portion control.
This is a hands-on role in a busy professional kitchen. You will work both independently and as part of the wider brigade, helping to keep service organised and responsive across restaurant, event and high-volume hospitality settings. You will support ordering and deliveries, use stock carefully and contribute to effective rotation, waste management and cost control.
You will maintain excellent food safety, hygiene and allergen standards, keep your working area clean and organised, and use equipment safely. You will also support new colleagues through practical guidance and help maintain a professional, customer-focused kitchen culture based on clear communication and teamwork.
