Base pay range

The Goudhurst Inn is located near Balfour Winery in the charming village of Goudhurst. It offers four boutique suites, locally-sourced cuisine, and a spacious dining room. Our large outdoor terrace provides breathtaking views of the Weald of Kent. If you have a flair for hospitality, we'd love to have you join our team.

As Chef de Partie, you will support the Head Chef in developing and smoothly running the kitchen. You are keen to ensure quality, consistency, and presentation of our food, and you are beginning to share your knowledge with junior team members.
