• Cook across multiple stations with flexibility.
• Prepare all fresh produce on site to a high standard.
• Participate in school events.
• Rotational rota between kitchens 06:00–20:00.

Key Responsibilities

As Chef De Partie you will be:

• Working in a busy, high volume kitchen were you are cooking for 900+ (this inlcludes day students, boarders, teaching and support staff).
• Cooking on any station - flexibility to cook in different sections.
• Cooking all fresh produce on site at a high quality level.
• Being involved in events at the private school.
• Working on a rotational rota in between the kitchens operating hours of 06:00 - 20:00
