Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or similar in a pub or kitchen setting.
• Ability to work with seasonal ingredients and local producers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain quality and consistency.
• Assist with kitchen operations and stock management as required.
