We have an exciting opportunity at The Venues Collection, Sedgebrook Hall for an ambitious Chef De Partie to help us create exceptional food experiences for Levy on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week, at £14.39 an hour.
As a Chef De Partie, you will work in a passionate and hardworking team to deliver outstanding culinary experiences. You must be quick-thinking, adaptable, and calm under pressure, often making changes with short notice due to supply or staff issues. You will serve as a vital link between the Sous Chef, Head Chef, and the team, playing a key role in our kitchen environment.
Sedgebrook Hall Northampton
Located in the charming village of Chapel Brampton, Northamptonshire, set in 13 acres of picturesque gardens. The original manor house is a spectacular sight, ideal for enjoying a breath of fresh air.
As an experienced chef, you will ensure all food services meet our high standards, support the Sous and Head Chef in maintaining food safety and hygiene, and lead the team during service when required.
