Job summary

The NICI Collection is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the day-to-day operation of our restaurant and help deliver exceptional dining experiences. Working alongside the Restaurant Manager, you will lead and inspire the Food & Beverage team, ensure smooth service, maintain the highest standards, and create memorable experiences for every guest.

• Passionate about hospitality and guest service.
• Previous supervisory experience within a restaurant or hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager with the daily operation of the restaurant.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the Food & Beverage team.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and handle guest feedback professionally.
• Ensure the restaurant is presented to the highest standards at all times.
• Assist with team training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Monitor stock levels and support ordering and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, licensing, and health & safety standards.
• Work closely with the Kitchen and wider hotel teams to deliver seamless service.
• Support the achievement of departmental targets and guest satisfaction goals.
