Job summary

A luxurious 2AA Rosette Country House Hotel is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join their talented kitchen team. Job description

This luxurious and charming 2AA Rosette Country House Hotel, set within beautiful grounds, is looking for an experienced and hardworking Chef de Partie with creativity and an eye for detail to join their kitchen team.

The hotel's continued success is based on the existing team and their passion and enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service and hospitality. The successful Chef de Partie candidate will join a talented kitchen team that creates a great workplace and environment for staff, which includes many benefits.

As Chef de Partie, you will need to be up to date with all cooking and presentation techniques and be responsible for preparing fresh local food for our guests and customers.

Live-in accommodation is available, along with free use of the hotel gym and pool.

You will support the talented and well-respected Executive Chef and senior team, taking the lead within your section, mentoring, and inspiring junior team members. You must have experience working under pressure in a busy high-end restaurant and be accomplished at preparing and presenting dishes using fresh local ingredients.

Requirements & Experience:
  • Experience cooking fresh dishes in a Rosette-awarded property
  • Eager to learn and develop
  • Excellent communication skills with colleagues and guests
  • Ability to remain calm and focused during busy service
  • Experience leading a section
  • Strong team player
