You’ll be responsible for delivering traditional, hearty country pub food for our guests, alongside an elevated menu for our larger events and functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality food for breakfast, dinner, and special events.
• Assist with the smooth running of the kitchen, working alongside a close-knit team.
• Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are always maintained.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, particularly during busy event days.
• Contribute to the development of new menus and creative dishes.
