A fantastic and exciting opportunity to work with a vibrant new team in the heart of London. Focused on luxury upscale volume dining in a new supper-club theatre setting opening with global sensation Dita Von Teese's new theatre show, Diamonds and Dust.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-trained Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience, trained classically, with a desire to advance their career.

Key responsibilities

  3. Reduce cross-contamination and maintain the integrity of the food and produce.
  4. Pay attention to detail with a creative approach.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management.

Who we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a CDP in a rosette-level kitchen or high-end luxury catering.
  2. Minimum Level 2 hygiene certificate.
  3. Strong organizational and communication skills.
  4. Reliable, flexible, and a team player.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment.
