George & Dragon Mountnessing, part of Mitchells & Butlers plc, is seeking a Chef de Partie with a passion for great food and training a kitchen team. You will run a section, prep ahead, and maintain high cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to train and develop junior kitchen staff.
• Strong knowledge of menu items and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Be a champion of brand standards and mentor Chefs and kitchen team members.
• Run a section and coordinate service.
• Prepare everything needed before service.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Cook to spec and know the menu inside out.
