Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc, Kings Arms, is seeking a Chef de Partie with a passion for great food and training great people. You will run a section, ensuring your kitchen team work together as one and prepare everything before service.

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring Chefs and kitchen staff.
• Ability to run a kitchen section and oversee service prep.
• Strong focus on cleanliness and safety in line with brand standards.
