The White Swan, part of Premium Country Pubs, is seeking a Chef de Partie in Birmingham to lead a kitchen section and train team members. You will ensure consistency with brand standards, prepare for service, and maintain top cleanliness and safety throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to mentor Chefs and Kitchen team members.
• Commitment to food safety, hygiene and cleanliness.

• Run a section.
• Prepare everything that is needed before service.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Cook to spec and know the menu inside out.
