Mitchells & Butlers PLC, via St George & Dragon in Wargrave, is seeking a Chef de Partie. You will lead a kitchen section, ensure consistency with brand standards, and train team members to deliver great food.

The role emphasizes passion for premium food, training staff, and delivering a welcoming guest experience in our pubs and brands. A strong team culture and opportunities for progression are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie preferred.
• Ability to mentor kitchen team and run a section.
• Strong knowledge of safety and cleanliness standards.
