Job summary

Brunning and Price at The Woodbridge in the United Kingdom is seeking a Chef de Partie ready to progress through Level 1, 2 and 3 apprenticeships. You’ll work across all kitchen sections and support the Sous and Head Chef.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering as a chef or cook.
• Willingness to complete Level 3 Chef de Partie apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Work across all areas of the kitchen, supporting the Sous Chefs and Head Chef.
• Maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
• Assist with daily kitchen operations and cleanliness.

About you...

You may have experience in catering as a chef, line cook, breakfast chef, section chef or chef de partie in a restaurant, gastro pub or the wider hospitality sector. As our Chef de Partie you'll be working across all areas of the kitchen, supporting our Sous Chefs and Head Chef.
