What’s involved?
As an experienced Chef de Partie, you will be part of a kitchen team of 6, preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard. You will familiarize yourself with the menu, ensuring timely preparation and adherence to company standards using provided recipes.
Reporting to senior chefs, you should have excellent communication skills and work well under pressure, as the hotel is often fully booked. You will also assist in training junior chefs and monitor portion and wastage control to maintain profit margins.
