The Role: Chef de Partie

You will be responsible for:

  • Executing refined dishes that meet Michelin standards of taste, presentation, and technique.
  • Leading and developing a section within the kitchen, with autonomy to create and innovate.
  • Collaborating with senior chefs on menu development and seasonal changes.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
  • Contributing to the restaurant’s high standard of service, ensuring consistency with every dish.
  • Upholding sustainability values in sourcing and preparation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Michelin experience is a must. You must have worked in a Michelin-starred restaurant or a similarly prestigious fine-dining establishment.
  • A solid understanding of haute cuisine techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Leadership and initiative, with the ability to manage a section and mentor junior team members.
  • Creativity and attention to detail in every aspect of food preparation.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to a positive kitchen culture.
  • Passion for sustainable practices and the ethical sourcing of ingredients.
  • Willingness to relocate at short notice and work within a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
