Job description

We are looking for a Senior CDP (Chef de Partie) to join our professional team at Benugo Westminster Abbey. The cafes at Westminster Abbey serve freshly made traditional British mains, sandwiches, salads, and cakes. There is also a great opportunity, if you wish, to support the Head Chef in menu development and learn from working with an experienced team.

We Offer:

• Rate: up to £13.50 to £14.00 per hour plus service charge
• Shifts: 5 days out of 7, no night shifts
• Contract: Full Time / Permanent

About the Chef de Partie role:

• Food preparation, stock rotation, and food labelling
• General cleaning duties
• Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all times
• Chef academy training available to improve your chef skills

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Chef de Partie within a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
