One Moorgate Place, home of Chartered Accountants’ Hall, is a beautiful Grade II listed building, packed with original features to impress any guest. We offer conferencing facilities, modern, spacious meeting rooms and a range of elegant spaces for private dining and events

We are looking for personable individuals to join our Kitchen Brigade as Chef de Partie. You will work across a number of different events including conference and banqueting, private dining and weddings. You will get a chance to be creative and work with the finest ingredients and with a team that will nurture you for the future.

Job Description

Job Type: Full Time 40 hours contract

7am – 3pm Monday – Friday plus overtime
There are occasional weekend/eveningwork paid at time and half on Saturdays and double time on Sundays

Annual Salary:£33k plus overtime and occasional weekends

Key Responsibilities

To provide food/service to a consistent high standard, including assisting senior chefs with functions in other different areas throughout the business.
Responsible to manage stock levels of thesection you are overseeing including ordering when required.
Ensure the presentation of the food is consistent with the standards set by senior chefs.
To ensure all Health, Hygiene and Safety requirements are being adhered to
Any other reasonable request by the Senior Management.
