What will I be doing as a Chef de Partie?

1. Work in the park corner kitchen
2. Be part of the kitchen brigade ensuring a well-organised and motivated team
3. Ensure consistency in quality of dishes at all times
4. Prepare and present high quality food

What are we looking for?

1. Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or experienced Demi Chef de Partie
2. Approaches food in a creative way
3. Positive attitude
4. Excellent planning and organising skills
5. Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, afternoons and evenings
