Job description

The Chancery Rosewood, opening in Summer 2025 as a property of Rosewood Hotel Group, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will feature 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, along with various dining and entertainment spaces, providing a platform for progressive ideas, voices, and expression.

We are seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to uphold the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will play a crucial role in supporting and coaching the team’s development, contributing to a welcoming environment where associates can unwind and enjoy healthy, nutritional offerings. This role is scheduled to start in June 2025.

Key responsibilities:
  1. Ensure all preparation, cooking, and plating of dishes meet the highest standards, supporting and motivating the team to exceed expectations.
  2. Maintain a clean and organized section, ensuring compliance with all HACCP standards.
  3. Follow recipes and technical sheets accurately, and stay informed about all menu allergens and their contents.
  4. Take pride and ownership of the entire kitchen operation, providing guidance and support to peers, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
  5. Support Rosewood Impacts by promoting sustainable practices and circular hospitality.
