Working as a Chef De Partie for Searcys requires you to be an ambassador for the brand and deliver memorable food. You will support the Sous/Head Chef in daily operations and mentor junior kitchen staff.

Job Description

We seek personable individuals to join our Kitchen Brigade as Chef de Partie, working across various events including conferences, banqueting, fine dining, and weddings. This role offers creative opportunities and working with high-quality ingredients.

Job Type: 30 Hours Contract per week on a shift system

Annual Salary: £16.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of food and service, assisting senior chefs with various events
• Manage stock levels and order supplies as needed

• Adhere to health, hygiene, and safety regulations
