Searcys is looking for a Chef De Partie to join our team at the unique venue of The Kings Fund.

As a Chef De Partie for Searcys, you will be an ambassador for our brand, delivering memorable food experiences. You will support the Sous/Head Chef in daily operations and mentor junior kitchen staff.

Located near Oxford Street and Regent Street, No.11 Cavendish Square offers airy event spaces suitable for meetings, conferences, award dinners, and seasonal parties. The venue also features a modern cafe bar for drop-in guests and visitors.

We seek personable individuals to join our Kitchen Brigade, working on diverse events including conferences, banquets, fine dining, and weddings. This role offers creative opportunities with high-quality ingredients and a supportive team environment.

Job Details:

  • 30 hours per week on a shift system
  • Salary: £16.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve food to high standards, assisting senior chefs across various events
  • Manage stock levels and order supplies as needed
  • Ensure food presentation aligns with standards
  • Adhere to health, hygiene, and safety regulations
  • Perform other reasonable duties as directed by management
  • Maintain organization and prioritize tasks
  • Work effectively under pressure

  • Work well within a team
