We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Chef De Partie to join The Biltmore Mayfair.
As a Chef De Partie, you will support the Executive, Head, Sous, and Junior Sous Chefs in a busy hotel kitchen, delivering high-quality food, meeting deadlines, adhering to HACCP regulations, and mentoring junior staff members.
Hours: 48 hours weekly
Location: Bond Street tube station
The Biltmore Mayfair opened in September 2019 after extensive redevelopment. Located in the heart of Mayfair on Grosvenor Square, it offers 257 luxurious guest rooms and 51 beautifully designed suites, reflecting its origins as an elegant London private residence.
The hotel features the Biltmore Café offering all-day British dining, an all-year alfresco terrace, a cocktail bar, a fitness suite, a 500 sqm ballroom, and smaller function rooms for up to 100 guests.
