Job Opportunity: Chef De Partie at The Biltmore Mayfair

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Chef De Partie to join The Biltmore Mayfair.

As a Chef De Partie, you will support the Executive, Head, Sous, and Junior Sous Chefs in a busy hotel kitchen, delivering high-quality food, meeting deadlines, adhering to HACCP regulations, and mentoring junior staff members.

Responsibilities:
  • Carry out food preparation as specified by the senior chef on duty.
  • Work on different sections of the kitchen.
  • Produce tasty, visually appealing dishes and ensure consistency across all menus.
  • Prepare all food hygienically and safely at all times.
  • Store and keep all food at correct temperatures.
  • Minimize food waste.
  • Work various shifts, including weekends, days, mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a CDP in a high-quality hotel or restaurant.
  • Strong awareness of food trends and seasonality.
  • Creative approach with excellent attention to detail.
  • Knowledgeable about food safety and hygiene.
  • Positive, proactive attitude.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations and procedures.
Key Details:

Hours: 48 hours weekly

Location: Bond Street tube station

The Biltmore Mayfair opened in September 2019 after extensive redevelopment. Located in the heart of Mayfair on Grosvenor Square, it offers 257 luxurious guest rooms and 51 beautifully designed suites, reflecting its origins as an elegant London private residence.

The hotel features the Biltmore Café offering all-day British dining, an all-year alfresco terrace, a cocktail bar, a fitness suite, a 500 sqm ballroom, and smaller function rooms for up to 100 guests.
