Job summary

Duties and responsibilities related to the Chef de Partie role

• To work in and oversee the assigned station / section and the relevant colleagues to ensure that food products are prepared according to the standard required.
• To maintain the assigned station / section in a clean and orderly manner at all times.
• To follow standard recipes and minimise waste to help ensure that the outlet’s food cost is in line with budget.
• To train as necessary in the preparation and presentation of the items
• To suggest alternative menu items, meet specific guest requests and interact with guests to meet and exceed their culinary expectations.

You will have proven experience in a professional kitchen, ideally within a hotel environment. You are confident in managing a specific kitchen section, maintaining high culinary standards, and working efficiently under pressure. A reliable team player, you support colleagues in consistently delivering exceptional dishes.
