Job summary

Pertemps Leeds is seeking two Chef de Parties for an immediate start at a busy theme park and resort in Kirby Misperton. This temporary contract runs until mid-September, offering £17.23 per hour and typical shifts from 11:30am to 11:30pm across outlets such as pizza, burgers and quick-service.

You'll maintain high food quality and service standards for guests all summer, working across outlets and adapting to varied kitchen demands.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Chef de Partie.
• Level 2 Food Safety Certificate.
• Food Allergen Awareness Certificate.
• Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume kitchen.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to company standards.
• Support day-to-day operation of your allocated kitchen section.
• Maintain excellent food hygiene, allergen and health & safety standards.
• Work with the wider kitchen team to deliver efficient service.
• Adapt to different catering outlets as required.

This temporary contract runs until mid-September, offering £17.23 per hour. The role involves preparing and cooking menu items across multiple food outlets, including pizza, burger, and quick-service concepts. Typical shifts run from 11:30am to 11:30pm, with flexible working patterns available on a full-time or part-time basis. You will maintain consistent food quality and service standards for guests throughout the summer season. This position requires proven culinary skills and the ability to handle varied kitchen demands.

We're currently recruiting two experienced Chef de Parties to join the catering team at a busy theme park and resort in Malton, North Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for chefs who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are looking for immediate work for the remainder of the summer season. You'll work across a variety of food outlets throughout the park, including pizza, burger and quick-service concepts, helping to deliver a consistently high standard of food and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Your own sharp knives, safely stored in a knife roll or hard case.
• Please DO NOT wrap knives in a cloth.
