Job summary

Rockfish is hiring a Chef de Partie to join our team, cooking with the freshest, sustainable seafood landed daily from Brixham Fish Market and delivering dishes of the highest quality.

You will take responsibility for your section, train junior chefs, work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen, collaborate with the team for outstanding service, and enjoy rewards such as weekly tips, dining discounts, and career progression opportunities.
