Job summary

Queen & Castle, part of Premium Country Pubs, is seeking a Chef de Partie who loves great food, training people and making guests smile. You’ll run a section and lead your kitchen team, ensuring smooth service and teamwork in a premium setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role.
• Ability to mentor Chefs and Kitchen staff.
• Commitment to brand standards and kitchen hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Be a champion of brand standards with the ability to mentor Chefs and Kitchen team members.
• Run a section.
• Prepare everything that is needed before service.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Cook to spec and know the menu inside out.
