Job summary

The Wolseley Hospitality Group is seeking a Chef De Partie - Manzis to train and supervise Demi and Commis Chefs and oversee a designated kitchen station. You will ensure the consistent preparation of high-quality dishes and support a busy service.

You will cook seasonal classic European cuisine, using fresh ingredients and strict adherence to recipes and standards, under the guidance of senior kitchen staff. On-site role with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Ability to train junior kitchen staff
• Knowledge of classic European料理 (European cuisine) and kitchen safety
• Ability to follow recipes, specifications and standards
