Job summary

Big Mamma Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Chef De Partie for the Hot Section to maintain prep and service standards. You will prepare dishes from scratch, manage your section, and support the team to ensure smooth service across busy periods.

The ideal candidate has prior Chef de Partie experience in a large, high-volume kitchen and exceptional knowledge of Italian cuisine. You will lead with energy, demonstrate teamwork, and adapt to evenings and weekends shifts.

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a large and busy section.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian cuisine.
• Strong teamwork, leadership and communication skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Run the Hot Section during prep and service.
• Prepare dishes from scratch following recipes and standards.
• Keep your section organised, clean and service-ready.
• Support and train new team members.
• Work closely with Kitchen Management to ensure smooth service.
• Lead by example with energy, precision and a problem-solving mindset.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.

Your Mission
