Chef De Partie

The Bull's Head Hotel is a fantastic Victorian pub located at the heart of Royal Parade in Chislehurst. It offers four public bars, a restaurant, and a beautiful ballroom available for hire. The hotel also features 15 boutique rooms upstairs and a large adjacent garden.

What We Look for in a Chef de Partie:

We seek an experienced Chef de Partie or an excellent Commis Chef eager to progress. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating quality, fresh food in a welcoming environment. As our Chef de Partie, you will:

1. Champion excellent service through quality food.
2. Demonstrate a passion for delivering fantastic dishes every time.
3. Be an active, hands-on Chef de Partie or Kitchen Supervisor.
4. Show willingness to learn new skills and be a team player with excellent communication skills.
5. Work alongside the Head Chef to design and implement new dishes and specials.
6. Exhibit strong planning and organizational skills to maintain control over GP and labour costs.
7. Be proactive in driving sales and growth through engagement with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.

Skills Required:

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of Food Safety standards.
• Proficiency in Food Preparation.
