A great opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join this excellent team based at a site in Central London. The role mainly involves working in a Staff Dining operation, Monday to Friday from 7am to 3:30pm, with occasional paid overtime for evening events.

The Chef de Partie will work in a small kitchen team of around 4-5 staff, catering for 150-200 people daily. The work includes staff dining and some hospitality services.

Ideally, candidates will have contract catering experience, but applications from chefs in busy hotel, restaurant, or event kitchens will also be considered. The role requires following recipe specifications and preparing all food from scratch.
